<Exchange and Return Period>
- Within 7 days from the date you receive the written contract details. However, if the goods are supplied later than the date you received the written details, the period is 7 days from the date you received the goods or the date the supply of goods commenced.
- If the supplied goods or services differ from the advertised content or were performed contrary to the contract terms: Within 3 months from the date of supply, or within 30 days from the date the consumer knew or should have known of the discrepancy.
